Reservations
All groups of 10 or more people must make reservations in advance. Reservation requests should be made at least three weeks in prior to the intended visit date. Groups of 10 or more that arrive at the door without advance reservations may be turned away if the museums are too crowded to accommodate them. If they can be admitted, they must pay full admission fees rather than the reduced group rate.
Group Size
Groups larger than 30 people cannot be admitted to the Old State House at one time due to capacity restrictions. Groups of 30 or more people will be divided up and may enter the museum at least 30 minutes apart. Old South Meeting House can easily accommodate groups up to 75 people.
Chaperones
School and youth groups must have at least one adult chaperone for every group of 10 children. Groups that arrive without enough chaperones will not be admitted to either museum. Chaperones must remain with students at all times and actively supervise the visit. One adult for every group of 10 children will be included in the price. There will be a fee for additional adults.
Additional Programming Fees
All programming booked outside of regular museum operating hours will include an additional staffing fee of $150 per staff member required up to four hours.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
Room Rentals
Our Education Room, located in the lower level of the Old South Meeting House, is available free of charge for group lunches and meetings for up to one-hour, with a $100 charge for every additional hour. Rental Dates and Times
Bookings for groups are available Monday-Sunday from 10:00am-5:00pm. Bookings made outside of operating hours will include a $150 fee to cover staffing needs.

Revolutionary Spaces is unable to accommodate group visits during certain holiday, including the following dates. For additional blackout dates, please contact Revolutionary Spaces.
